Cooking House is completely made of stainless steel SUS304.
BZX-III steam house features steam heating, temperature, time control and front-rear door interlock arrangement. Extra special heating system can make the temperature reach the cooking one (100) in a short time according to the request. It can also be equipped with the devices such as PLC control, temperature calibration curve, and process data print-out when required.
